How to Prepare for your Boudoir Session

Every woman on my website is a real woman- just like you! They are moms, grandmothers, wives, just like you and me. None of them thought they coud look so sexy and beautiful but I proved them wrong! Let me show you how beautiful you can be!
Where do I start?
Once you arrive, our professional hair and makeup artist will be ready to create the perfect look you’re going for! All you need to do is show up! Your session includes your professional hair and makeup. We also have lingerie in sizes XS-5XL as well as red soled stilettos in sizes 5-14. We also have sets and props that will create a variety of looks within your photoshoot, including our gorgeous Angel Wings and a sexy Shower Set. We use flattering light and of course we retouch (more on that later). We will pose you from the top of your head, down to your toes! As you can see there's nothing to worry about, we've got you covered!
With our all female staff you're in good hands, and we can't wait for your shoot! Once you book your shoot, we’ll send you a questionnaire where you can tell us exactly the look you’re going for! Not comfortable showing a lot of skin? That’s ok! We will pose you based on your level of comfort. Want to show it all! We can do that in a tasteful way as well!
Professional hair and makeup is such an essential part of the boudoir photography experience; it can make or break your photoshoot and that’s why we only work with the best makeup and hair artists! We have a team of professional hair and makeup stylists that we've worked with for years. Not only do they know how to give you the perfect look you’re wanting, but most importantly they know how to do makeup for the lighting and retouching techniques we use.
What should I wear?
One of the most common concerns about doing a boudoir shoot is, what will I wear? We take care of that too! We offer a wide range of lingerie options you can wear right in the studio. Our Client Closet has several lingerie pieces in sizes XS-5XL, including redbottom heels in sizes 5-14. We also have fancy robes and accessories you can use along with our GLORIOUS Angel Wings and our super sexy shower set that looks great with or without lingerie!
Even though we offer a plethora of lingerie outfits (mostly bodysuits), you may want to supplement it with some of your own. Especially if your style is different, or you want to make sure it fits you well, or maybe because you want to enjoy it afterwards! Or maybe you want to wear something that belongs to your partner! There are a few places to buy outfits from and it depends on what you are getting and the style of your shoot. Here are a few to choose from with different styles and sizing. Amazon, Victoria's Secret, Forever21, Adoreme.com, Torrid, Aerie, SHEIN, Yandy, hipsandcurves.com. If you are looking for something specific that you can't find, let me know and I might know where to get it!
Posing
We have photographed hundreds of women of all shapes and sizes. We will tell you everything to do, from the angles of your head the whole way to your toes. You don’t need to worry about a thing, you just need to simply show up for your session. We have years of training in posing to ensure that you are always posed in the most flattering ways and under the most flattering light conditions. Once it’s time for your shoot we will just ask you to do simple things such as: “bring that shoulder towards me, bring your chin forward a bit, now look up at me with your eyes, put your hand here, etc.” It’s super simple and again you don’t need to do anything to prepare for this, except get a good nights sleep!
Retouching
"Do you use Photoshop?" This is the number one question we are asked. The answer is "YES". You can rest at ease knowing that we’ve been in business for a long time and our customers love how we do this! You will still be YOU, just a retouched glamorous version of you!

Financing
Now what?
To reserve your date, first pay your retainer fee, sign your Client Agreement and schedule your shoot. We book 1-3 months in advance, and some products take 4 weeks to ship, so plan ahead.
On the day of your shoot, you will start in hair and makeup. This will take about about 1.5 hours. While you are in hair and makeup, we will select your wardrobe and plan out your shoot.
After you are done in hair and makeup, we start to shoot. We shoot for 1.5 to 2 hours.
At the end of your shoot, you will leave the studio for a lunch break. While you’re gone we’ll get your photos ready for you to see! That is when you will make your purchasing decisions.
Plan on being with us from 10am-4:30pm.
We accept all major credit cards and offer financing through PayPal and Affirm Credit. If you purchase wall art or albums, you will receive your final order in 4-5 weeks or less.
